Contest Ethics
- Only skill-based contests are allowed under Indian law.
- Judging structure: 60 % jury + 40 % public voting.
- Prizes awarded based on merit โ no random draws or paid voting.

- Upload only content you own or have written permission to use.
- We comply with the Copyright Act 1957 (India).
- Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

This Grievance Redressal Policy describes how eGrabby addresses user complaints, disputes, and grievances in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
We value transparency, accountability, and the right of every user to fair redressal under Indian law.

2. Appointment of Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021, eGrabby has appointed a Grievance Officer to address and resolve user concerns promptly.

3. Complaint Registration Process
Users can submit complaints related to:
- Improper or offensive content uploaded on the platform.
- Violation of contest ethics or unfair judging practices.
- Payment, refund, or technical issues during purchase or participation.
- Unauthorized use of personal data or privacy breaches.
Complaints must be sent via email with:
- Full name and contact details of the complainant.
- Description of the grievance with supporting screenshots or evidence.
- Date and time of the issue occurrence.
4. Acknowledgment of Complaint
The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of each complaint within 24 hours of submission. Each case is assigned a reference number for tracking purposes.
5. Resolution Timeline
All valid grievances will be investigated and resolved within 15 working days from acknowledgment, as per IT Rules 2021. If additional time is required, the complainant will be informed of the delay.
6. Escalation Procedure
If a user is not satisfied with the resolution, the complaint may be escalated to appropriate authorities, including:

7. Confidentiality
All complaints are treated confidentially. eGrabby does not share personal information of complainants except when required by law or official investigation.
8. Record Keeping
All grievance reports, actions taken, and resolutions are recorded and retained for a minimum of 180 days in compliance with Indian IT regulations.
9. Policy Revisions
This Grievance Redressal Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law or internal practices. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tirunelveli District Courts, Tamil Nadu.
