Contest Ethics

  • Judging structure: 60 % jury + 40 % public voting.

This Grievance Redressal Policy describes how eGrabby addresses user complaints, disputes, and grievances in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Appointment of Grievance Officer

3. Complaint Registration Process

Users can submit complaints related to:

  • Improper or offensive content uploaded on the platform.
  • Violation of contest ethics or unfair judging practices.
  • Payment, refund, or technical issues during purchase or participation.
  • Unauthorized use of personal data or privacy breaches.

Complaints must be sent via email with:

  • Full name and contact details of the complainant.
  • Description of the grievance with supporting screenshots or evidence.
  • Date and time of the issue occurrence.

4. Acknowledgment of Complaint

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of each complaint within 24 hours of submission. Each case is assigned a reference number for tracking purposes.

5. Resolution Timeline

All valid grievances will be investigated and resolved within 15 working days from acknowledgment, as per IT Rules 2021. If additional time is required, the complainant will be informed of the delay.
