4. Digital License & Usage Rights

Upon purchasing digital products, eGrabby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or permitted commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or mass reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

• Personal Use: Templates, courses, and graphics for individual projects.
• Commercial Use: Only if license type explicitly allows resale or reuse.
• Prohibited: Sharing download links or files outside your account.

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Respect intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the platform in good faith and for legitimate purposes only.

6. Platform Rights & Limitations

eGrabby reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All logos, text, images, and platform designs are the intellectual property of eGrabby. Unauthorized copying or derivative use without written consent is a legal violation under the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Termination of Access

eGrabby may suspend or permanently terminate access if a user violates terms, engages in fraud, or misuses platform resources. Users may delete their accounts anytime by emailing info@copy.seo.egrabby.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

eGrabby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including download interruptions, third-party links, or contest outcomes. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

10. Amendments & Policy Updates

This User Agreement may be revised periodically. Continued use of eGrabby after updates implies acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings shall be under the jurisdiction of Tirunelveli District Courts, Tamil Nadu.
